Spring is a time of cleaning, renewal, growth – and possibly a new paint color. According to paint powerhouse Benjamin Moore, monochromatic colors are the way to go if you are considering revamping colors in multiple spaces. By picking varying warm, cool, dark and light shades of the same hue will create a chromatic concept that flows throughout your home.

According to various paint companies, these are some of the top paint picks for the year.

Paint experts at Farrow & Ball recommend using their shade of “Tanner’s Brown” in spaces that don’t receive a large amount of natural light to balance lighter tones. This grey-brown is dramatic, yet classic enough to never go out of style.
